this series of courses will show you all the wonders of PowerPoint but
also discuss how and when they should be used for best effect What can PowerPoint be
used for, how and when.
PowerPoint
is Microsoft's presentation tool.
Largely taking
the place of the old 35mm slide projector but PowerPoint can do so much
more and be so much more flexible and effective if used correctly.

By
taking the basic course you will come away with enough knowledge to put
together a complete presentation including Bullet points, Charts, Tables,
Organisational Charts and basic images. You will
set up the basic show options use some of the default
designs and show your slides as they would be seen on screen.

If
you decide to move on to more advanced courses we will show you how to
set up: Animations ,Transitions , use Triggers, insert movies and sound
and create your own custom shows, we look at advanced show setup
options and lots, lots more. Once
you have
an understanding of these features you will be well placed to develop
any required presentation with a guest speaker or without, as an
entertainment model or as a source
of information the possibilities are seemingly endless
