•You’ve just started
using Word 2007/10.
You
try to start a new line of text by pressing the enter key. It always worked okay
before, but now it spaces your line by 10pts.
Try
holding the Shift key down while you press enter.

Excel all

So
long as your datasheet is not too large, just click
anywhere in the data range and press the F11
key on the keyboard
Saving Files

You want to save a
file using SAVE AS
Forget
the Mouse clicks just press the
F12 key
Keeping
Toolbar buttons switched on
You get fed up of keep
going back to the Toolbar/Ribbon button to draw the same shape
(Lines etc.)
In
2007/10 right click the button and choose “Lock Drawing Mode”. In
earlier versions simply double click the button.
Don’t
forget the single click to turn it off.
Many other buttons work like this as well.
